About Us

 Hill Farm Estate was built in 1919. It was originally the private home of Aaron S. Kreider, a former U.S. Congressman and prominent industrial leader. The large Federal Mansion was a spacious and comfortable home for Congressman Kreider and his family. This began the Hill Farm Estate History in Annville, PA.

After it was the home of Congressman Kreider, the building was used as a care home for the elderly.  Additional wings were added in 1982 and 2002 to increase occupancy. This is Senior Living Care in a special setting.

Since 2016, Hill Farm Estate has been operated by Sloan Management. Sloan Management has a successful history of operating Senior Care facilities with an emphasis of combining best value and quality care.
